Mannish – Ramen in Kameido

Ramen “Mannish” is located in the old street in front of JR Kameido station.

Not well decorated atmosphere does not seem to welcome the guest other than locals.

However, only bar style inside Ramen shop is very clean and the chef is very gently even though he speaks little.

You can feel this well organized air for Ramen served itself.

Plating is so much beautiful. It would be very cheap expression but Mannish ginger ramen plating is like the Japanese garden style where you can see everything in the small world.

The ginger taste with middle thick noodle can’t be better than here.

I don’t know if Mannish is name after the famous Muddy Waters blues classic “Mannish Boy”.. but like the shop name as well.
