The soy sauce feels reminiscent of eating soba, while the white broth reminds one of carbonara.

The young owner and the lady at the front are brisk and have a sense of cleanliness; I really like it.
No foreigner tourists yet 🙂 I guess the owner speaks English as he used to work in a trading company.
