About one hour from Tokyo station MUGIZURA raman bar is located just five minutes walk from at Tsuga station on JR Narita line. (Tsuga is a small town in Chiba city)
There’s no shops of fashionable or authentic restaurant in Tsuga, but MUGIZURA, 麦づら, is definitely one of the best ramen shop in Japan.
They have two tastes broth, Shoyu and Shio.
I got Kamo and Asari Hiyashi, duck meat and clam with cold slat soup, seasonal speciality.
The soup is very clear and tasty. The noodle is very flourish rich.
It is very exciting that I can find an eggplant just under the center arrangement.
This oil fried eggplant adds the small change of soup taste.
The chef’s work is meticulously well done. The partner serves well. She is polite and always smiles. This is important to give the good vibes to atmosphere.
Very philosophical.
It is a good ramen restaurant that female can eat alone. In that sense Mugizura pass the criteria.
Deserve to go. If you use Narita, just drop by on the way to Tokyo.
